Most of the places limit the number of persons that can live on the apartment they rent. They are also mailboxes that are for the whole apartment, so each person has to go downstairs to the 1st floor to reach their mail, this way is easiest for the mailman, but not always for the residents. However the good part on this is that everyone has its own key for their mailbox.

But if you are a pet lover, then you may have problems finding a place where pets are allowed, but don't surrender, you can always find it.

There are also other apartments, known as "mother-in-law suites", that are usually the basements of the houses, not all of them are legal because of the conditions but are suitable for some persons with low resources.
